Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, excluding pre-orders.

We do not ship on weekends or Victorian public holidays. Dispatch times may be longer during promotions, busy holiday periods and restocks.

Shipping Fees

Australia

Orders over $100: FREE* Standard Delivery

Orders $99 and under: $12 Flat Rate Standard Delivery

*Free Standard Delivery applies to smaller items. Bulky items (e.g. table lamps, floor lamps) may incur extra charges. A shipping estimate will be quoted at checkout based on your location and order quantity.

Due to the size of our parcels, we can only offer Express Post on a quotation basis. Please email us at hello@paolaandjoy.com with your order and address and we will send you a quote.

New Zealand

$20 flat rate shipping to New Zealand. Excludes bulky items (e.g. table lamps), which are calculated at checkout.

USA & Canada

USD35 flat rate shipping per order.

All orders ship fully tracked from our Melbourne warehouse. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and Import Taxes

USA & Canada: Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

New Zealand and all other destinations: Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by their country. We are unable to advise the amount of these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for charges on parcels from overseas. Paola And Joy is not liable for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply.

If a parcel to these destinations is returned to us because duties, customs fees or local taxes were not paid, a 15% restocking fee, the return shipping cost (the same value as the original shipping cost) and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
